“Conquering Fear”
On March 4, 1933 during the dark days of depression, President Franklin D. Roosevelt said in a radio speech, “THE ONLY THING WE HAVE TO FEAR IS FEAR ITSELF.”
Fear has been a stumbling block for believers, it is actually a tool of Satan, and he uses it well. Some believers have rejected to accept a task for the Lord, because of fear, fear of failure, fear of INADEQUACY, the fear of not having help for the task.
But I tell you this God has not given the believer the Spirit of Fear. But of Love Power and a Sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7).
Listen to the Words of the Fearless prophet Isaiah as he encourages the Servants of the Lord today (Isaiah 41:10). He has promised to Strengthen you and help you. No matter what the task. He holds us as he helps us (41:13-14). He will not forsake Us because He made Us and He redeemed Us, and We belong to Him (43:1,5).
He has a purpose for us to fulfill in this World today (44:27). How can we be afraid when God’s Words are Sure and He is the Rock of Our Salvation (44.8). I will trust and not be afraid (Isaiah 12:3).
