The Faithfulness of God
Genesis 8:1-22
Noah had faith in God’s promises and the times we are living in we certainly need to trust in the promises of God, and God did not disappoint him. The Sovereign God of Universe is more than able to make His promises come to pass (I Kings 8:56).
Truth faith does not get in a hurry you just have to wait (Isaiah 28:16). Noah Waited until the Word of God told him what to do. You can’t hurry God, you just have to wait (Isaiah 40:31), is a good word to live by. Noah and his family was faithful to God when everything seemed to be against them.
God still calls His people to stand alone if need be, and he promises never to forsake us (Hebrews 13:5-6). God will judge us, not on the basis of Our popularity but on our Faithfulness to Him (1 Corinthians 4:2). I time like these God needs courageous witnesses to day. We can count on the faithfulness of God, but the question is can he count on you?
